If the VGA device is subsequently disconnected, then that DisplayPort port is enabled. If two DisplayPort devices are connected at boot up, then the VGA port is disabled. If one or both DisplayPort devices are subsequently disconnected, the VGA port is enabled. Presence of an optional VGA or Fiber NIC port does not disable a DisplayPort port.
